This is the first 1.3 foundation layer: a dedicated place for PDF, OCR, screenshot, and batch-processing workflows that cannot stay entirely in the browser.

Server task model

Current implementation ships the shared task model, queue UI, and persistent history shell. Backend execution can be wired to Workers or queue infrastructure next.
